Nancy Pearce-Harris began her forty-plus year career in real estate after leaving the San Francisco Bay Area for Utah. Her lifelong passion for design and architecture has led to her expertise in all aspects of real estate. She excels in interior design, project management, master plan communities, sales management, and business ownership. Nancy has received numerous awards for sales and design as a Luxury Home Specialist. She founded and Brokered for Equity Real Estate St. George before becoming the Broker Manager at The Ivan Sher Group BHHS Nevada Luxury Team in Las Vegas. In 2019, Nancy Joined Perry Homes Southern Utah’s Perry Realty team and presently markets in their Eagle Pointe at the Front 9 community.
